Established in 1967, the European Mortgage Federation (EMF) is the voice of the European mortgage industry on the retail side of the business, representing the interests of mortgage lenders at European level. The European Covered Bond Council (ECBC) is the platform that brings together covered bond market participants including covered bond issuers, analysts, investment bankers, rating agencies and a wide range of other interested stakeholders.
The EMF/ECBC team was handling its members without any Customer Relationship Management tool. They were using Outlook and an emailing tool to interact with its members. There were 4 main challenges:
In a nutshell, they were not equipped with an integrated software regrouping a single Database connected to their website as well as marketing & sales actions.
Hubspot CRM & Marketing automation software seemed to be the right solution to answer their communication & operational challenges. As proud Hubspot Partners, we implemented and migrated their existing DB to Hubspot.
The mission first consisted in understanding the mandatory business & marketing needs to suggest an implementation & migration plan. Then, our team started the operational work by working on:
Within a 3 months period, working closely with EMF/ECBC team, our team managed to design, implement and migrate from Outlook and Sendingblue to Hubspot.
EMF/ECBC transformed their way of working from various environments to only one integrated environment to better manage its members' relationships, but not only ! Now, all their emails and social media posts can be managed and sent from Hubspot.
We now got started with the usage of Hubspot to increase engagement and to keep members active.
