Profirst is a creative agency with locations in Paris, London and Brussels. They produce premium events and design projects that combine art direction and strategy with visual and digital content production. As talent curators, they team up with top partners to create unforgettable experiences and impactful stories. 

The Challenge

Profirst wanted to raise brand awareness and promote their upcoming event "Peter Lindbergh's Untold Stories to Brussels, Belgium." Their goal was to generate as many sales and visitors for the event. 

The Answer

We decided to launch a campaign on multiple channels to raise awareness, traffic and conversion during the promo phase of the event. We decided to concentrate our efforts on a Google Ad Word strategy to maximize the use of the budget and create a well-rounded digital strategy.

We created an effective targeting strategy by using customer personas and lookalikes. We initially created three customer personas and one lookalike, but after tracking their performance, we decided to keep the best-performing persona and the lookalike. This move significantly improved the performance of the campaign.

The channels we focused on were Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and Google SEA.
