Smovin is a property management application created in Belgium in 2017.
They propose to help tenants manage their properties through a user-friendly platform that simplifies rental management tasks.

Thanks to its array of features and a smooth interface, Smovin offers its users a single source of information facilitating the daily management of their properties, while saving them a lot of time.

The Challenge

Smovin’s goal was to build its reputation and visibility, while simultaneously growing its number of users on the platform. 

Therefore, the objective of the mission was twofold:
First develop the visibility of Smovin to its target audience and then, subsequently, converting those people into clients.

The Answer

We started with a long-term, multi-channel ad strategy that was regularly optimized over the months. 

Efforts were first focused on Facebook lead forms campaign to attract potential users on the platform. 

Following this, we launched SEA campaigns to increase the consideration and conversion. 

Fast paced iterations on different acquisition channels.

The Results

We developed winning strategies to help Smovin acquire new customers every month and successfully reached the mission’s objectives. 

Smovin’s cost per lead went down by 50%, while its conversion rate at the activation phase went from 50% to 85%.
